Why Carol?

Carol says, "The biggest challenge to most businesses is developing the balance between the entrepreneur, who creates the product or service, and the business professional who wants to market and sell it.  Unfortunately, some entrepreneurs take risks that harm business, while some business leaders lack the imagination and vision to take advantage of entrepreneurial opportunities...”

Regardless of whether your company has one, 100, or 10,000 employees, Carol can quickly identify problems and offer solutions to meet your company’s needs.  As an executive coach, Carol can help young or seasoned executives develop the skills necessary to balance entrepreneurial and executive responsibilities.

With over 35 years of proven business experience, Carol Dunn is the consultant to turn to for executive and management training and coaching.
